                                     For most
                                    of my adult life, I have been on one kind of diet or another.  The one plan that seems to work the best for me is Weight
                                    Watchers.  While I am not currently attending meetings, I know this program inside and out and it works when I work it. 
                                    Along with eating within my points range and journaling my food in a notebook, I drink a minimum of 3 liters of water a day,
                                    and do some form of exercise every single day.  For me, I have to do these three things 7 days a week.  I wish I
                                    could get away with only exercising 3 times a week, but with the amount of weight I have to lose, I know it is best to move
                                    this body every single day!

                                    to the G.I. (Glycemic Index) Diet.  Check out the link off of my home page for
